The Global Felid Genetics Program at the Sackler Institute for Comparative Genomics is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student intern for the Summer 2013. Interns will:

• Be part of an innovative, professional team of conservation biologists
• Gain experience with current conservation genetic techniques
• Be exposed to data analysis and theoretical principles of   
  • Conservation genetics
  • Population genetics
  • Conservation biology

Applications should have the following qualifications:

• Knowledge/background in molecular biology
• Be highly motivated and organized
• Be able to commit to a work schedule of at least 10 – 12 hours/week or more for 2 – 3 months during the summer of 2013
• Have a focus/interest within fields of conservation and molecular biology
• Be an undergraduate or graduate student (or hold an undergraduate or graduate degree)
