In this new film, shown continuously in the GeoDome theater, Museum scientists John Sparks, David Gruber, and Vincent Pieribone take a journey to the remote South Pacific coral reefs of the Solomon Islands to explore newly discovered biofluorescent species of fishes and stingrays, along with biofluorescent corals, crinoids, anemones, and other glowing invertebrates.

This introduction to the night sky was developed for budding astronomers. Classroom activities and observations in the Hayden Planetarium reveal the stars above and the ancient stories that have followed them through the ages.
