Tama Matsuoka Wong, forager for Daniel, the renowned New York City restaurant of Daniel Boulud, and author of Foraged Flavor: Finding Fabulous Ingredients in Your Backyard or Farmer’s Market. Learn how eating from nature’s garden can add to the modern dining table. Food tastings included; a book signing will follow.

There will be a starter shot of beach plum fizz thanks to Darryl Chan.
- wild cress salad with goat cheese and beets
- wild garlic mustard pesto on crostini
- handmade chinese dumplings with wild mustards and sweet shrimp
- chicken rolled in za'atar
Come early and visit the exhibition Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture. Ticket holders will receive free admission to the exhibition from 5:45–6:15 pm.
