Tama Matsuoka Wong, forager for Daniel, the renowned New York City restaurant of Daniel Boulud, and author of Foraged Flavor: Finding Fabulous Ingredients in Your Backyard or Farmer’s Market. Learn how eating from nature’s garden can add to the modern dining table. Food tastings included; a book signing will follow. 

Menu:
There will be a starter shot of beach plum fizz thanks to Darryl Chan.

  1. wild cress salad with goat cheese and beets 
  2. wild garlic mustard pesto on crostini 
  3. handmade chinese dumplings with wild mustards and sweet shrimp 
  4. chicken rolled in za'atar

Come early and visit the exhibition Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture. Ticket holders will receive free admission to the exhibition from 5:45–6:15 pm.
