The Great Swamp Refuge in Morris County, New Jersey, consists of 7,600 acres of wetland habitats, notably hardwood swamp forest. The refuge is a nesting and wintering area for more than 244 species of birds and supports a high diversity of reptiles and amphibians. Join ornithologist Paul Sweet and herpetologist David Kizirian for a day trip to New Jersey’s Great Swamp. Round trip transportation by private coach is provided from the Museum.
