Theodore Roosevelt’s passion for the natural world extended to a love of nature writing and photography. U.S. Poet Laureate Robert Hass and noted biologist E. O. Wilson will come together for a rich discussion of nature in poetry and poetry in nature, exploring the intersection of art and science and the surprising ways each inspires the other.
Presented in collaboration with Poets House.
This program is part of the celebration of the reopening of the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial at the American Museum of Natural History.
