Global Kitchen Chocolate

Take an after-hours culinary journey through the Museum and trace the history of chocolate. We will trace the beloved food and drink back to its origins in Mesoamerica nearly 4,000 years ago, and explore the culinary history of chocolate, complete with tastings of chocolates, with inspiration from the Museum’s Hall of Mexico and Central America.
