Chow, grub, and everything in between—what’s on your plate? Investigate food in all its complexity. Learn where and how it is grown, how different cultures use food to celebrate, and how our food choices affect our planet. You will construct your own hydroponic window farm, taste new flavors, and more in this camp based on the Museum’s special exhibition Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture.
