This educator's guide provides 6-12 teachers with information about the key concepts of the Hall, which draws on scientific research in paleontology, molecular biology and genetics, biology, anthropology, and archeology. Background information is linked to two areas of the curriculum: human biology and human evolution. Visitors can orient themselves using a map of the Hall, complete with detailed description of labels. Activities for pre-, during-, and post-visit focus on these same curricular requirements. The guide suggests connections to other parts of the Museum.
