UTC = Universal Time Coordinate, the time at Greenwich,
England, or 0° longitude. Meteorologists use this to avoid confusion between time zones.
mb = millibars, a unit of atmospheric pressure.
mps = meters per second.
Wind Direction = the direction the wind is coming from. It is measured from north working
clockwise: in "meteorological degrees," 0 = North, 90 = East, 180 = South, 270 = West, 360 = North.
Relative Humidity = the amount of moisture in the air
relative to the amount of moisture the air could possibly hold at that same temperature.
