The Space Show at the Hayden Planetarium at the Rose Center for Earth and Space uses cutting-edge technology to communicate cutting-edge science. A high-definition playback and production system projects video on the theater's 67-foot-wide dome, and every seat has an amazing view. It is an "immersive environment" in which you feel as if you are participating in the action that is taking place on screen. The journey you are about to embark on may seem like science fiction, but it is all based on scientific theory and data.
If students feel dizzy during the show, they should simply close their eyes and let the feeling pass. Please encourage your students to remain as quiet as possible during the show.
