Combining spectacular high-definition video footage, animation, graphics, and an evocative soundtrack, the Ocean Video visually transports Museum visitors into the heart of the ocean realm.

Tracing the history of the ocean from its creation about 4.54 billion years ago through modern times, the Ocean Video Wall will—like the Hall itself—foster a deeper appreciation and respect for our ocean and highlight the need for marine conservation to sustain the balance of life on Earth, and in turn, sustain ourselves. By addressing the sustainability of our ocean in this manner, the Ocean Video Wall dovetails beautifully as part of Swiss Re's ongoing sponsorship initiative entitled Sharing Solutions—towards a sustainable future.
