This classroom activity was designed to complement Dinosaurs Alive! � an IMAX film that follows AMNH paleontologists around the globe as they uncover some of the greatest dinosaur finds in history. It includes:
- A step-by-step lesson plan, in which students create a diorama or mural of the Liaoning forest and speculate about how the ecosystem functioned
- A reproducible illustration of a Liaoning forest for students in grades K-2
- A reproducible of a Liaoning forest diorama background with animal cutouts for students in grades 3-8
