Closing This Sunday 1/5! Frogs and Whales

News posts

Happy New Year! This weekend is the last chance to see Frogs: A Chorus of Colors and Whales: Giants of the Deep.

Frogs: A Chorus of Colors

See up to 150 live frogs—including golden poison frogs like this one and many other of its dart poison brethren—in this very froggy and family-friendly exhibition, closing after Sunday, January 5.

Whales: Giants of the Deep

Mammals? Check. Massive? Check. Mysterious? Yes, but you're bound to learn a lot about whales in this exhibition, which features films, interactives (you can actually climb into a model of a blue whale's heart), and more than 20 skulls and skeletons of whales from around the globe. The exhibition's emphasis on Maori cultural objects and whale-riding traditions is also intriguing.
