In and around the hall you will see dozens of cultural treasures that were made by the Haida people, from colorful masks, to detailed sculptures, to ceremonial clothing. We worked with artists from this community to develop the stories and drawings that are in the app and on the coloring sheets. Find out more about the Hall of Northwest Coast Indians. What’s augmented reality? Augmented reality let's you use your phone’s camera to view the world around you plus… something more. With Dreams of the Haida Child you will be able to view and interact with 3D versions of the objects from the coloring sheets as if they shared the room with you. In addition, you will view beautiful watercolor paintings dramatizing the sheet’s story. And, best of all, both will use the art you created on the coloring sheet, allowing you to collaborate with contemporary Haida artists to bring this experience to life.
