Establish Prior Knowledge
Discuss global warming with students and its affect on climate, flora and fauna. Ask students to speculate how species might respond to a changing climate due to global warming. Tell students that the snapshot they are about to see shows how animals in Madagascar are coping with the warming climate.
Have students view the Snapshot and read the synopsis. Divide the class into small groups and assign one question to each group to research.
