Powerhouse

Housed in what was once the power plant for the American Museum of Natural History, this loft-like room has been newly renovated, creating a sleek, contemporary 5,000-square-foot event space. Offering dramatic views of the spectacular Rose Center for Earth and Space, the Powerhouse features polished maple wood floors, 12 1/2-foot-high ceilings, and flexible lighting, with daylight beaming through arched French doors that open onto the outdoor terrace. Pre-event receptions may be held in the North Galleria, a glass-walled space linking the Powerhouse to the Rose Center. Weather permitting, receptions may be held outdoors on the Arthur Ross Terrace. The Powerhouse is available for both daytime and evening events.
