If the Hayden Sphere is the size of Earth, then this model is the relative size of Saturn’s moon Janus.

Janus orbits just outside the main rings of Saturn and is a small moon. The two largest moons in the solar system are bigger than the planet Mercury. The tiniest moons are no bigger than the island of Manhattan.
