NOAA Satellite Data Visualizations Project Summative Evaluation
Two 2009 professional development programs focused on using visualizations to enhance climate and weather literacy among teachers and students at bilingual schools. Visualizations mediated limitations in English language proficiency by turning complex concepts into comprehensible images.
