Funded by NOAA, the Ocean-Atmosphere Literacy Partnership was formed in 2008 between the AMNH, the Maryland Science Center, and the Science Museum of Minnesota. The partnership created four programs about the ocean-atmosphere system, which combined spherical display techniques with data visualization. In 2010 the Institute for Learning Innovation evaluated visitors' experiences with these programs.
