Taste the Museum: The History of Chocolate

February 11, 2014

Global Kitchen Chocolate

Tuukka Koski

Take an after-hours culinary journey through the Museum and trace the history of chocolate. We will trace the beloved food and drink back to its origins in Mesoamerica nearly 4,000 years ago, and explore the culinary history of chocolate, complete with tastings of chocolates, with inspiration from the Museum’s Hall of Mexico and Central America.

Chocolate tastings provided by Mast Brothers Chocolate.
