An Evening for Educators: Mapping Global Climate Change

Join us for a special evening for educators where Carter Emmart, Director of Astrovisualization at the Museum, will provide a guided tour in the Hayden Planetarium of immersive visualizations of global change using OpenSpace.  OpenSpace is an open source software that allows for the dynamic presentation of global data from sources such as NASA’s Earth Observing Satellites.   A reception in the Cullman Hall of the Universe will follow the presentation.
