Think you might want to pursue a career in science or engineering, but aren’t sure what to do to prepare for it? Join us for a workshop that will explore which high school courses offer the best preparation for entering the selective fields of math, science and technology; how to most effectively utilize school science and engineering clubs; and tips for choosing the best summer activities. This workshop is open to both students and their families.  A complimentary lunch will be served after the program.

After lunch will be an additional workshop for middle school families focusing on how to research NYC high schools, navigating the application process, and information on the Specialized High Schools Admission Test (SHSAT).
