Professional Interests
Ms. Rasmussen is the Assistant Director of Administration for the MAT program, working to help all MAT candidates with any and all administrative issues. Prior to joining the MAT team, she spent seven years working with the Seminars on Science program at the American Museum of Natural History where she successfully shepherded over 1,000 teachers a year through online and blended science professional development courses and workshops. She is passionate about teacher education and the changing roles of higher education in the United States, and spends her free time enjoying good films, gourmet food, and rock concerts.
