Explore the world of whales and how the lives of people across the globe have been inextricably linked with these majestic creatures. Learn the myths, legends, and realities of how whales have influenced coastal cultures such as the Maori, Kwakwaka’wakw, and turn-of-the-century New York through hands-on activities and behind-the-scenes tours.

Please Note: This caregiver-child workshops are structured to provide a unique opportunity for caregiver-child teams to experience science at the Museum and learn together. Each child must be accompanied by one adult. Only a registered child and his/her caregiver may attend with no additional guests.
