A Philadelphia native, Tiffany's love of nature began during weekend camping trips to the Jersey shore. While studying Earth Science and anthropology at Temple University, Tiffany began working at the Philadelphia Zoo, where she had the opportunity to work behind the scenes with exotic animal species from around the world.

Over the years, Tiffany has continued working in the field of science education for various institutions including the American Museum of Natural History, Academy of Natural Sciences and the Science Museum of Virginia. At AMNH, Tiffany has worked with scientists and children to produce cutting-edge content for the Museum's interactive web site called OLogy - a fun science resource for 7 to 11 year olds. She also spent time working in the mammal collections with flesh eating dermestid beetles!

Tiffany also worked as the Director of Recruitment for the Read Alliance, a literacy organization serving at - risk kindergarten and first grade students throughout New York City's five boroughs. Currently, she serves as an Educational Specialist at the Morris Arboretum of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tiffany resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with her husband Kevin, daughter Scarlett, corgi and bourke's parakeet. She has had the privilege to be involved with Seminars on Science since 2003.
