1. Register and pay for a Seminars on Science course at the AMNH website.
   
   
2. Visit the Plymouth State partnership page, print the registration form, and return it to Plymouth with payment for CEUs. Send completed registration form to:

3. Successfully complete the Seminars on Science course work. (The majority of your assessment levels must read approaches expectations, meets expectations, or exceeds expectations.)
   
   
4. Email the following to Gail Carr at Plymouth State University.
   
   
1. A copy of your Seminars on Science course assessment (supplied by AMNH)
   
2. A copy of your Seminars on Science final project
