The Museum is located on Central Park West between 77th and 81st Streets.
All buses drop off at the Rose Center entrance, on 81st Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. A member of the Museum's transportation department will meet you to coordinate a departure time. You must request bus parking when booking your reservation. Please adhere to the departure time in order to avoid traffic congestion and confusion.

Pick up your tickets on the lower level of the Rose Center at the WILL CALL DESK located to the left of the staircase.
