Chuck Said
We wrestle with all sorts of questions, such as:
  • What was the early Earth like when it first formed 4.5 billion years ago?
  • Why does the Earth look the way it does?
  • How did the Earth become habitable for creatures like ourselves?
  • How does the interior of the Earth work?
  • What causes changes in the climate of the Earth?
These are big, complicated questions. A scientist might spend his whole career trying to answer just one little tiny part of one of them.
