2017 Application and Registration

If you wish to present your work as a Talk, Speed Talk, or Poster you must submit an abstract by April 1, 2017, outlining a research project that you have completed, or are currently conducting. Undergraduate students conducting thesis-level research may also apply. The SCCS-NY Selection Committee will select abstracts for presentation based on quality and relevance to conservation. Applications will be considered from any conservation-related field, including work in the natural sciences, social sciences, or the humanities. Only one abstract per person may be submitted for consideration.

Applications for Talk, Speed Talk, and Poster Presentations will be accepted between March 1 - April 1, 2017. The application window will close at 11:59 AM Eastern Time (EST) on April 1. All submissions must be made online, you may visit the conference application and registration site to submit your abstract and apply starting March 1. 

Registration for attendance only will stay open until maximum capacity is reached. Please note that space is limited - make sure to register in time to secure your spot at this year's conference!
