Section 9

Four research groups are based in Section 09 labs. Prendini group concentrates its research efforts on scorpions and solifugae. Rodriguez group's main focus is to conduct research on marine invertebrates. Sparks group takes pride in doing the genomics work on fishes. Lastly, Wheeler group spends its time studying invertebrate genomes and uses its bioinformatics expertise to discover new relationships. Lately, students from Richard Gilder Graduate School have joined these groups to get hands-on experience with cutting edge research.
