Registration and Policies

To Register Call Central Reservations at 212-769-5200, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

All participants in the sleepover program must preregister by calling Central Reservations at the phone number below and pay all applicable fees in advance. Absolutely no walk-in registrations are permitted. Reservations are accepted by phone only.

All participants must fill out the participant release form below. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There are no refunds on sleepover reservations.  If there is a price change between your original event date and a rescheduled event, the new price will apply. In the unlikely event the Museum finds it necessary to cancel a sleepover, a full refund will be made. A $4-per-order processing fee applies.
