Shaman’s headdress. The carvings on each horn represent, on the front, a shaman curing; and on the back, the spirits which are at the command of the shaman. The headdress is worn during the curing ceremony and may be touched to the ailing part of the patient’s body to drive out the evil spirit causing the disease.
