With cooler weather upon us—and the holidays fast approaching—November is a perfect time to take a breath and come to the Museum for relaxed, indoor outings with the whole family!

This Saturday, enjoy a full-day festival celebrating Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), with Oaxacan food, Mexican music, hands-on workshops, and altars dedicated to extinct animal species.

On Sunday, November 11, learn the art of paper folding from members of OrigamiUSA at fun folding sessions for every skill level.

And during the Museum’s Weekend to reMember—from Friday, November 16, through Sunday, November 18—Members can enjoy exclusive tours and access to exhibitions, children’s drop-in activities, free tickets to giant-screen movies and the Hayden Planetarium Space Show, and more!

See below for more about these and other programs this month at the Museum.
