This holiday week and next, learn more about how to make gingerbread houses at the working kitchen in the Museum's new exhibition, Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture.
The kitchen features daily samplings (Monday to Friday, 12:30 to 5:30 pm and Saturday to Sunday,10 am to 5:30 pm), as well as taste tests and demonstrations of cooking methods.
Guest demonstrators at the kitchen include local farmers and chefs, and the kitchen themes will change every two weeks.
