Google Glass With Aki Watanabe: Big Bone Room

Aki Watanabe, a student in the comparative biology doctoral program at the American Museum of Natural History's Richard Gilder Graduate School, was recently chosen as a beta-tester for Google Glass. Here, Aki gives his Glass to paleontology collections manager Carl Mehling for a behind-the-scenes look at the Big Bone Room, which houses some of the largest items in the Museum's paleontology collection.  In this tour, Mehling demonstrates how he moves the extremely heavy bones when Museum scientists and their colleagues want to study them.
