Created using scientific data and engineering models from NASA, Field Trip to the Moon transports school groups and other young audiences on a challenging and exciting class trip! 

Beginning with a ground-shaking NASA rocket launch, Field Trip to the Moon brings audiences on a thrilling virtual journey that includes orbiting the Earth, landing on the lunar surface, and even seeing an astronaut’s view of a sunrise in space.

Viewers will come face-to-face with the challenges and excitement of traveling through space to land on the Moon, learn some of the differences between the Earth and the Moon, and find out what makes our planet unique and habitable. 

This show can be narrated by a live presenter or shown with a recorded narration.

Field Trip to the Moon was developed by the American Museum of Natural History, New York (amnh.org) in collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
