  2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on 2/1/2024 at 10 AM EST through 2/14/2024 at 5 PM EST, log on to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YFRY525 and enter your email. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. 
  3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the fifty United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of 2/1/2024. Employees (and their immediate family members or persons living with employees) of the American Museum of Natural History (“AMNH”) are not eligible to enter or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 
  4.  DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 2/15/2024 by AMNH to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and AMNH shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this Promotion, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of AMNH, which shall be final in all matters. All federal and state laws apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: AMNH will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the prize. If, in the AMNH’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, AMNH, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.‌
  6. PRIZE: Winner will receive one (1) year of membership to the American Museum of Natural History. Total prize value: $650. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. AMNH reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or alter the benefits of its membership categories, in its discretion, and in accordance with its membership policies. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, AMNH will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING UNDER THIS PROMOTION, OR ANY BREACH THEREOF, SHALL BE FINALLY SETTLED BY ARBITRATION IN NEW YORK, NY UNDER THE AUSPICES THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION AND USING THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES AND MEDIATION PROCEDURES. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED BY ONE INDEPENDENT ARBITRATOR. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL FOLLOW THE LAW IN REACHING A DECISION. JUDGMENT UPON THIS AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION
