Daniel Wolff

Daniel Wolff is the Manager of Teaching, Learning, and Technology at the American Museum of Natural History, where he assists programs and faculty in planning and using technology in innovative ways to support teaching and learning. Dan's professional career in science education began while earning his Master's Degree in Environmental Studies through Montclair State University. As part of his graduate assistantship at the New Jersey School of Conservation he delivered science lessons in the biological and earth sciences. For nearly a decade at various organizations throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, he facilitated and designed innovative and hands-on environmental and science education programs for all ages and for a variety of socioeconomic groups, with a particular focus on urban youth. Prior to joining the Seminars on Science team, Dan served as the Project Coordinator for Seminars on Science, the Museum’s online professional development program for educators. Dan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Science Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
