LaToya Strong

LaToya Strong is the Manager of Online Curriculum and Instruction for Seminars on Science at the American Museum of Natural History. She is a former New York City public school teacher and has worked in both formal and informal science education settings. Before transitioning to education she studied to be a public health, infectious disease microbiologist. She is currently pursuing a PhD in the Urban Education program at The Graduate Center, CUNY. Her research interests focus on urban science education and equity in STEM.
