Dr. Judith Parker is currently teaching astronomy at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA to traditional age students and in Muhlenberg's Wescoe School for adults returning to college to complete their bachelors degree. She is also teaching physics/astronomy workshops for teachers in the Allentown School District in collaboration with the DaVinci Science Center in Allentown. While teaching astronomy and physics at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, she taught two intensive for-credit January term courses in astronomy. Each course had 30 college students from upper Midwest colleges who traveled with her and another professor to both islands of New Zealand one year and to four French Polynesia islands (Tahiti, Bora Bora, Morea and Riatea) another year - a great way to spend January if your home is Minnesota!

She also teaches graduate courses on staff development and adult and continuing education both on line and on campus at Teachers College/Columbia University in NY. She consults and has published in the adult learning and leadership area with a particular focus in effective integration of technology into adult learning programs.

Judith earned an M.S. in physics from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana a number of years after earning her B.S. in physics with a minor in math and education at Notre Dame College in Cleveland, Ohio. She taught high school physics and math for several years. She later earned an M.A. and Ed.D. in Adult learning and leadership at Teachers College/Columbia University.

In her spare time she enjoys her 170 year old home in Emmaus, PA and adds to her collection of antiques.
