To request a loan of Other Insects or a scientific visit to this collection under the curatorship of Jessica Ware, please complete the form below. All destructive sampling must be approved by the Curator-in-Charge of the particular collection with which you plan to work or by the Division Chair. If you are a student, please have your advisor provide a letter/email of support indicating your experience working with museum collections. When returning specimens, please follow the protocol regarding packing and shipping specimens here. Please indicate whether you need unique specimen identifier barcode labels and/or accession numbers.
