Planets make up the theme of this hall. The hall materials explain the nature of meteorites and how they contain the story of the origins of the Solar System. In this hall, visitors are allowed to touch the Cape York Meteorite - named for the site in Greenland at which it collided with the Earth some ten thousand years ago. This meteorite is four and a half billion years old.
