Café On OneFirst Floor, Grand GalleryCafé on One serves gourmet fare catering to adult diners. Menu selections include a roasted beet and goat cheese salad with hazelnuts served on a bed of arugula, house-smoked salmon salad with shaved fennel and fingerling potatoes served on a bed of spinach, and basil-grilled chicken sandwich with roasted red peppers and provolone served on a focaccia roll. Classic dishes include chicken noodle soup, cobb salad with grilled chicken, and a roasted turkey sandwich served on seven-grain bread. Café on One also offers a delicious cheese plate, mouth-watering paninis, and seasonal desserts. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced. Beverages include wine by the glass, a selection of beer and bottled sodas, and an assortment of hot drinks. Each serving has two sides and costs $9.95 before the discount. The Food Court also has gourmet panini sandwiches as well as Cuban, vegetarian, smoked turkey, chicken, and BLT sandwiches. The Water Café features a delicious and hearty fall harvest menu brimming with locally grown, sustainably harvested foods. Keeping in line with the Water exhibition's message of care and concern for the environment, the Water Café's offerings include free-range chicken breast fricassee with New York State maple glaze, Finger Lake succotash with fresh corn and locally grown squash, baked Macoun apples with berry compote, and Macintosh apple cobbler.
