Enjoy locally sourced, contemporary American cuisine in a unique setting at the new Restaurant at Gilder.
You'll dine overlooking the spectacular architecture of the sunlit Kenneth C. Griffin Atrium, the central space of the Museum's new Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation.
Open daily for lunch, beginning at 11 am and with a last seating at 3 pm.
Walk-ins also welcome. Admission to the Museum is required to dine.
Working with local suppliers and minority- and women-owned businesses, the menu presents a variety of lunch options, including child-friendly, plant-forward, and vegan options. The beverage selection highlights local breweries, distilleries, and coffee roasters.
