The Spring Lunch is an annual celebration of the Museum’s leadership in environmental research, conservation, and education. Guests hear from a panel of experts, including Museum scientists, on important topics which in recent years have included insect biodiversity, ocean science, and climate change.
This year, Museum President Sean Decatur will moderate a compelling discussion on the impact of nature on the brain and human health.

The Family Party is a thrilling evening that features entertaining and hands-on educational activities for children of all ages, as well as adults. It’s a unique opportunity for the whole family to get together and explore the wonders of the Museum, after hours. You will meet curators, scientists, and educators and find out more about some of the most exciting artifacts and specimens in our collections.
The next Family Party will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
The Museum Gala invites us all to celebrate and support the Museum’s continuing efforts to expand the boundaries of human knowledge and foster science literacy in learners of all ages. On this special evening we welcome guests to enjoy the Museum’s legendary halls in all their splendor—with good friends, an exquisite dinner, and highly anticipated musical entertainment.
