The Sunshine Cinema
The Sunshine Cinema is proud to support the outstanding programming of the Margaret Mead Film Festival.
Landmark Theatres' first foray into New York, the Sunshine Cinema opened in December of 2001 and has quickly become Manhattan's premier exhibitor of independent and foreign language film. Located on East Houston Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues, the Sunshine Cinema features stadium seating, state of the art digital sound and an innovative midnight film series.
