Kristin Douglas

Research Interests

Kristin Douglas formerly served as the Outreach & Production Coordinator for the CBC, where she worked closely with CBC staff to develop, produce, and manage CBC-produced publications and resources, as well as conferences, workshops, and public programs. She also helped manage the production of NCEP’s multi-component modules, which are open educational materials on biodiversity conservation topics that aim to support capacity building efforts in conservation worldwide. Prior to joining the CBC, Kristin worked on environmental and conservation initiatives in the non-profit, federal, and private sectors. Her research interests include coral reef ecology, marine fish phylogeography, and conservation education. Kristin holds an M.S. in Conservation Biology from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science from the College of William and Mary.
