Family Party

Mark your calendar for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, when the American Museum of Natural History will host its annual Family Party.

One of the Museum’s most beloved traditions, the Family Party is a thrilling evening that you won’t want to miss this year.

Featuring entertaining, hands-on educational activities for children of all ages, the Family Party is a unique opportunity for the whole family to explore the wonders of the Museum after hours. You will meet Museum curators, scientists, and educators and find out more about some of the most exciting artifacts and specimens in our collections. The evening also includes encounters with live animals!

Calling all Grandparents! Purchase a package at the Elephant level or higher and join the Grandparents Committee! After purchasing your package, email [email protected] to be added to the Grandparents Committee, and receive updates on special family programming at the Museum all year long.

All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The tax-deductible portion of each package is listed above; those values will be reflected on all tax acknowledgments issued for Family Party packages.
