Come explore how New York City students and educators are tackling AI with a critical perspective in classrooms.

This free end-of-year showcase, hosted at the Museum in partnership with NYC Public Schools, features hands-on booths, classroom projects, and conversations about the future of AI policy and what AI means for kids, schools, and communities.

NYC students are being prepared to question, critique, and shape AI’s future—because how we teach AI today will determine whether it deepens existing inequities or becomes a tool for real change.

What to expect:

  • Critical AI lessons and projects from NYC classrooms
  • Teacher-led ideas on equity, critical thinking, and the future of AI in education
  • Conversations about whom AI serves—and who gets to decide
