Are you currently enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) through New York State?

If you're enrolled in SNAP, you're eligible to receive a complimentary one-year Discoverer Membership at the Museum.

How do I Enroll?

Show your New York State EBT card at Museum Member Desk between the hours of 10 am and 4:30 pm. A representative will help you to enroll, and you will receive a digital membership card. You will be able to begin using your membership that day.

What is a ticketed exhibition?

One of the following ticketed exhibitions can be included with Discoverer admission tickets, which you can get online for each visit.

To add more than one ticketed exhibition to a visit, please visit a Membership Desk in person at the Museum to pay $10 per ticket.

How do I get tickets online?

After you join while onsite at the Museum, you’ll be able to get tickets online before you arrive.

Select the "Museum Members" checkbox on ticketing.
If you are doing this for the first time, select “first time logging in?” to create a password to access your account. Expect an email from [email protected] to create your new password. Select the link “reset password” in the email.
If you already have a password, enter your email and password.
Select the number of Discoverer tickets. The maximum number available is 5 per day, and must include one adult ticket.
You may add one ticketed exhibition during checkout.
